At DELSEY PARIS, we stand by the quality of our luggage and travel accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Luggage

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and hangtags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
